Reisa Jiang Previously the founder of Pacific Pearl Group after identifying an unmet need for investment banking and advisory services to US and Chinese micro and small-cap companies. Ms. Jiang was an advisor to Chinese private equity firms and was with ABN AMRO N.V. where she covered a multitude of industries including real estate, travel services, and information technology. Ms. Jiang earned her M.S. in Global Finance from the New York University Stern School of Business and Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and her B.A in Economics and International Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a concentration in Global Politics and Economy.
Frank Cheung Former Director of Strategy Development of China United Enterprise (CUE) with a focus in recycling energy project investments and capital operation. He helped to setup the company’s business development strategy and was responsible for investment structures and procedures, as well as the overall investment analysis. Mr. Cheung holds a M.A . in Economics from Wuhan University in China.
David Qin, PMP Served as the Director of Investment at China United Enterprise (CUE). He lead the team in conducting project and property analysis, assessing potential acquisition and development opportunities, as well as identifying investment opportunities. Mr. Qin holds a B.A. in Economics from Carleton University in Canada and is a Project Management Professional.
David Yang, CFA Previously with Pacific Pearl Group, a China-focused investment bank that catered to privately held and micro and small-cap companies. Prior to Pacific Pearl Group, he was a member of Cowen and Company’s (former subsidiary of Société Générale) corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions investment banking team in San Francisco and New York. Mr. Yang holds a B.S. in Chemistry and a B.A. in Psychology from UC Berkeley, and is a CFA charter holder.
